PLEASE HELP ME DESCRIBE A POLICE UNIFORM.?

in order from highest to smallest either sheriff or police chief, colonel, major, captain, lieutenant, sergeant, corporal, and officer. If they are all wearing uniforms then the uniforms are all the same but that depends on working or dress uniforms. dress uniforms are used for funerals or awards ceremonies. if they are not a detective or in a special bureau then they will have the same working class uniform on.
