How do I stop my dog from running to the neighbor's house?

You could get an invisible dog fence and set it up (you won't see it) and then your dog won't leave your yard because when it's gets too close the edge, it'll get a little zapped (kinda like a better version of the shock collar). It works for most dogs that I've heard of.
