Why my 1 year old female chihuahua wont use her pad?

I have a one year old female chihuahua that wont use her pad anymore. I moved to arizona from new hampshire. And ever since we moved here she wont use her pee pad she uses the carpet. If someone could please help me i would like it. She used it all the time in new hampshire. I don't want to get rid of her so i will try anything to keep her. Please help me.
